People Need People

No man is an island.
People need people to grow, to develop, to mature.
It doesn’t have to be physical contact. People can grow and learn through others by reading, watching, and listening.
The only way to read, watch, and listen effectively is to be interested in the subject material.
One cannot care about something that one is not interested in.
When one does not care about a task, one is better off not doing the task at all.
One may not have been able to choose how one’s past was, but one certainly chooses how one’s future will be.
One will get that which one cares for the most.
If one cares most for nothing and no one, one will get nothing and no one.
(uh oh.)
